1. Professional Competence Certificate (MYK Certificate)
Obtained in accordance with national qualification standards in the field of real estate consultancy. This certificate proves that every service we provide to our clients complies with legislation and ethical rules.
2. Authorization Certificate
With this certificate issued by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey, Anadolu Properties is officially authorized for purchase, sale, and rental transactions.
3. Course Completion Certificate
- Documents the training we received in digital real estate and valuation.
- Demonstrates our competence in current digital processes and valuation reporting.
4. Capital Market License (SPL)
This is an official license issued by the Capital Markets Board, authorizing us to operate in the field of real estate valuation and investment consultancy. This document certifies that our company provides transparent, reliable, and professional services in accordance with sectoral standards.
5. Certificate of Mastership
In accordance with the Vocational Education Law No. 3308, we conduct our real estate consultancy activities in a professional and competent manner, in compliance with the legislation, using the Master’s Certificate obtained in the field of Real Estate Brokerage. This certificate is an official indicator of our sectoral knowledge, practical competence, and professional expertise.

Legal Basis
The Certificate of Authority was obtained under the Regulation on Real Estate Trade, dated June 5, 2018. All our transactions are conducted under the supervision of the Ministry of Trade and with the approval of the Central Executive Committee (MYK).
